Service Terms

These website terms describe purchases from Delta Force Black Enterprise LLC. A signed statement of work, master services agreement, or other written agreement controls when applicable.

Project deposits

The $2,500 Custom AI Agent deposit is credited toward a project starting at $12,500. The $5,000 AI Integration Buildout deposit is credited toward a project starting at $20,000. A deposit reserves discovery and delivery capacity; it is not the complete project price and does not finalize scope.

Recurring services

Custom AI Software is a recurring $10,000 monthly subscription. Ongoing Optimization is a recurring $1,500 monthly subscription for existing clients. Stripe displays the billing cadence before purchase.

Scope and delivery

Work begins after requirements, access, responsibilities, timeline, and acceptance criteria are documented. A purchase does not grant access to Athens AI or any Delta Surge software subscription.

Cancellations and questions

Cancellation and refund rights are governed by the applicable written agreement and law. Contact hello@deltaforceblackenterprise.com before purchasing if you need procurement or scope clarification.
